Full course description

What are the practical implications of more diversity and inclusion in the workplace?

Promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace is all about human rights. At its core, this means that all people have the right to be treated equally at work with the same opportunities and privileges.

Not only is this the right thing for the employee, promoting diversity and inclusion can also have benefits for the employer, with many organisations now recognising that diverse teams are more productive and successful than homogenous ones.

This credential is the third in a series and consolidates and builds on the knowledge gained in the Diversity & Inclusion in Practice - Essentials and Extend courses.

In the Deep Dive credential, you will explore the practical outcomes of diversity and inclusion in the workplace, drawing on the experiences of presenters and other participants. You will get the opportunity to use the skills and knowledge you have gained to develop and present your own plan for implementing change in the workplace.

Who is this credential for?
